Ingredients

1 tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 teaspoon = 5 ml. A bowl of rice is a serving measure, not a standardized cup.

How to cook

  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds and squeeze out the water. Cut the vegetables and beef into thin strips.
  2. Boil the noodles according to their package instructions, drain, and toss with half the soy sauce and sugar.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables and beef separately. Cook the beef thoroughly.
  4. Mix the noodles, stir-fried ingredients and spinach with the remaining soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
