How to use this guide

Pick the noodle type before shopping: glass noodles are not thin wheat noodles. For gimbap, use rolling seaweed sheets and prepare it for prompt serving rather than leaving cooked rice out.

What changes and what to check

Keep chili dipping sauces optional and separate. The linked basic noodle broth has no gochugaru, but packaged stocks and sauces still need checking.
