Ingredients

1 tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 teaspoon = 5 ml. A bowl of rice is a serving measure, not a standardized cup.

How to cook

  1. Cut the pork and kimchi into bite-sized pieces and the tofu into thick slices.
  2. Stir-fry the pork in a pot until its surface is cooked, then add the kimchi and stir-fry together.
  3. Add water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add tofu and green onion and simmer for 5 more minutes. Season with soup soy sauce and ensure the pork is fully cooked through.
