Ingredients

1 tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 teaspoon = 5 ml. A bowl of rice is a serving measure, not a standardized cup.

How to cook

  1. Thinly slice the pork, onion and green onion.
  2. Mix the pork with soy sauce, sugar, garlic and sesame oil; refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, spread out the pork and stir-fry over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetables and cook about 4 minutes more. Check that the pork center reaches 75°C.
